Vote May 2012

Early voting begins May 7, 2012 and Elections Day is May 22, 2012. The primary election in May 2012 will determine who is to be the Circuit Judge in this Division. You must vote in May to make your vote count.

To register to vote you must have done so 30 days before the election, no later than April 22.

I live in Fayetteville and except for a short period of time have resided in Washington County since 1970. I attended the University of Arkansas graduating with a BA in English and then attended the University of Arkansas School of Law. I began the practice of law in 1987 while prosecuting in Rogers District Court in Benton County, Arkansas. I then was employed full time in the Benton County Public Defender’s Office. After that, I began my private practice in Fayetteville where I have represented clients in Washington, Madison, Benton and Boone Counties and continue to do so. I have three adult children and three grandchildren, and I am blessed that I can see them every week.
