Brenda Austin April 21 at Gulley Park

"Many people are in court only one time in their lives.  They are nervous, giving testimony is difficult.  If they are rushed, the full truth may not come out.  Anxiety should not be compounded by a judge who is short and lacks compassion.  I promise time for compassion, time for family safety, time for justice.  It's time for change."  Brenda Austin
On April 21, 2012 friends, family and supporters joined Brenda Austin at Gulley Park in Fayetteville.  The event was a rally to help support her campaign for election for Circuit Judge in Washington and Madison Counties.  Bluegrass music set the tone and visitors enjoyed grilled hot dogs and many flavors of Gelato graciously provided by Cynthia Morris.

Ms. Austin enjoyed meeting many new supporters and greeting friends and family, she spoke briefly to the gathering saying, “I believe a judge should make time for important issues facing families today. I promise that my first priority will always be the safety of children and families.  It is time for a change.  This is not just a slogan or mantra that I have written on my signs and literature, it is my solemn belief.  It IS time for a change.”

On May 22 vote for fairness and compassion.  Vote for Brenda Austin.
